Needed Materials

Notebook

Students are expected to maintain a spiral notebook with devoted entirely to science. Please purchase a 9x11 Five Star, Stellar or Accent notebook - 100 pages, college ruled notebook. These types of notebooks have a heavy spiral and a durable cover that will last the whole year. The size is important for easily fitting taped in documents.

Everything we do will go into this notebook. All year long students will be expected to tape items into the notebook on the pages and make entries that will be used for discussion. This notebook will be checked once per trimester for quality and completeness as well as spot checked by peers weekly. A clear rubric and progress toward mastering the notebook using skill can be seen in the notebook on Pg. 4
